Our promise

If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no hassle.

Change of mind

• Unopened, unused boxes may be returned within 14 days for a refund (less return shipping).
• Because each box is curated and personalized, custom orders can't be resold — so we're unable to accept those returns unless they arrive damaged.
• Perishable items (treats) are non-returnable for safety.
